We’re glad to have you visit our Web site.

Harrison Township is a diverse community of 24,303 people. We enjoy just the right mix of housing, business, industry, shopping and park facilities. We also are proud of our strong neighborhoods where people work together on everything from preventing crime to building and planting flower beds.

Housing opportunities are diverse and plentiful in Harrison Township. We offer options that range from estate-type homes on large lots to modestly sized homes on smaller lots. There’s even a retirement community that offers a continuum of care and housing for senior adults.

About 800 businesses operate in our community, mostly service and retail-oriented. As a result, our residents find shopping and everyday errands to be quick and convenient. The township government supports local businesses through the Department of Community and Economic Development. And there’s room to grow in Harrison Township. Sites are available for residential, commercial and industrial development.
