High Grass Public Notices
In accordance with Section 4.18.1 of the Harrison Township Exterior Property Maintenance Code, the Township is required to publish notices for properties with grass or vegetation exceeding eight (8) inches in height. Property owners listed here are ordered to cut all tall grass and/or rank vegetation within seven (7) days of this notice’s publication.
If the property is not maintained within this timeframe, the Township will arrange for the mowing, and all associated costs will be charged to the property owner. After this initial notice, further enforcement actions may be taken without additional warnings.
This page serves as the official location for updated lists of properties subject to mowing orders.
