 	Confirm property use and tax details with the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office.

Step 2: Montgomery County Building Permits

Step 3: Harrison Township Fire Inspection

Step 4: Construction & Alterations Begin

Once you have your zoning and building permits, construction can begin.

 	Remember: Any changes to your original plans must be approved before proceeding.
